Beauty Therapy College Johannesburg
Exclusive World-class Johannesburg Beauty Therapy College
In modern society, it has almost become a basic human need to be recognised and well regarded in the workplace, particularly because this very same workplace has become so competitive in the 21st century, and this is why we emphasise the long-term value and benefits of studying at and qualifying through our beauty therapy college in Johannesburg.
50 Years Old and Offering a 5% Discount
After 50 years of successfully delivering world-class tuition in beauty, make-up design and special effects, we can confidently invite new learners to apply now for the 2016 intake at our Johannesburg beauty therapy college, the oldest and longest established institution of its kind in South Africa.
Moreover, we’re offering a 5% discount on tuition fees for learners who register early. Payment plans, across the wide range of courses on offer, are flexible – an option which is highly appreciated by our learners and their sponsors.
Continuity and a Second Campus
We are also extremely proud of our continuity, having been privately owned and managed by members of the same family; we plan to continue operating just so, long into the future. The gratifying popularity of our college and demand for nationally and internationally accredited tuition has necessitated the opening of an additional second campus in Helderkruin, Roodepoort, on the western side of Johannesburg.
This area was selected for the second campus after we identified that the major additional need emanated from this rapidly growing residential area. The location is ideal for students from numerous new suburbs which have sprung up in the western region. Curricula, tuition and standards are of the same high standard as those offered at our original, head office campus in Parktown, Johannesburg.
Academic Staff and Facilities
Our college is fully equipped according to the latest, world-class international standards, and the high academic staff to learner ratio ensures that all students receive focussed attention and personal guidance at all times whilst studying or doing practical assignments.
We’ve drawn our academic personnel from the ranks of the most highly qualified and experienced beauty therapy professionals in the country – teachers who are passionate about the industry and their particular speciality, eager to share and impart their up-to-date techniques, skills, knowledge and experience.
Qualifications
Across the board, qualifications are registered nationally with Services SETA and aligned with SAQA. International accreditation is awarded by CIDESCO, ITEC and City & Guilds. A certificate is awarded for the successful completion of certain courses (typically part-time), while a diploma is issued for others (usually full-time study), upon graduation.
It is at this latter (diploma) stage that we encourage learners to undertake the international accreditation examinations, since these open many more doors, both at home and internationally for graduates, who may then choose where they’d like to work, anywhere in the wide world.
After Graduation
The world is your oyster and your choices are many. You may decide to get some working experience before opening your own salon or business, or you may choose to freelance in any number of capacities.
With our Johannesburg beauty therapy college’s reputable qualifications in your pocket, you have become a true, bona fide beauty therapy professional, eminently employable and highly sought after for your skills and expertise.
