We are proud to be the only internationally and nationally recognised Make-up School Design and Special Effects academy in Africa. The academy provides a unique opportunity for learners who would like a career as a professional make-up artist or to work in the field of television, film and theatre.

Visiting specialist lecturers are invited from overseas to present courses at the college to ensure our up-to-date programmes. The programme has been created and is run by make-up and special effects artists and a team of industry experts.

The intensive practical make-up design and special effects programmes are offered on a full time basis. This provides our learners with the learning, experience and current skills required to succeed in this exciting and competitive industry. Our nurturing environment gives all learners the confidence and pride to work and it opens up new opportunities and career options.

Make-up Design, Prosthetics and Special effects is an innovative make-up process that is now being used extensively in theatre, television and film.

It allows a creative freedom you have never experienced before. The only limitation to prosthetics is how far your imagination is willing to take you. It can provide three-dimensional additions to the face and body that is impossible to achieve with direct construction.
